Access Statement

- Lyme Cottage is set in the main street by a pedestrian crossing so waiting is prohibited. However, guests can park temporarily on the pavement of the old garage forecourt opposite to unload luggage and passengers. Private parking is behind the house, accessed along a public road.

- Guests arriving by train can be collected from the station either at Llandudno Junction or Penmaenmawr at no extra charge.

- Entrance door is approached up two stone steps.

- Guests' dining room cum lounge is on the ground floor. Both guest bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed by a 2ft 6in wide staircase of 14 steps with handrail.

- Bedroom 1 (double) has ensuite facilities. Bedroom 2 (twin) has a good sized bathroom accessed across a well lit landing.

- Lobby entrance, stairs and landing are well lit.

- Both rooms have remote control TVs.

- Breakfast menus (including vegetarian) in large print format are provided in each room.
